To begin, ch 7, turn. 1st row: In 5th ch from hook make: 3 d c, ch 2, 3 d c. Ch 5, turn. 2nd row: Under ch-2 make: 3 d c, ch 2, 3 d c. Ch 5, turn. Repeat 2nd row for desired length. Then, without turning, work as follows: S c in end loop of previous row, * ch 5, s c in next end loop. Repeat from * across, turn. Next row: Ch 5 (to count as d c and ch 2), * skip 1 ch, d c in next ch, ch 1. Repeat from * across, ending with d c in ch. Break off.
