Join. 1st rnd: 12 sc in ring. 2nd rnd: (Sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) 4 times. 3rd rnd: (Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) 8 times. 4th rnd: (Sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) 8 times. 5th rnd: (Ch 15, skip 7 sc, sc in next sc) 4 times. 6th rnd: Sc in each ch around (60 sc). 7th rnd: * Sl st in next 5 sc, (ch 9, remove hook and make a sl st on right side of chain 6 sts from end, ch 2, 3 dc in ring, ch 3, 4 dc in ring, ch 3, 3 dc in ring, ch 2, sl st in last sl st, ch 2, sl st in last sl st on sc-rnd—a flower made, sl st in next 5 sc) twice. Repeat from * around. Break off. 8th rnd: Attach thread in 2nd dc of 4-dc group of 1st flower, sc in 2 center dc, * ch 19 (corner), sc in 2 center dc of 4-dc group of next flower, ch 10, sc in 2 dc of 4-dc group of next flower. Repeat from * around. Sl st in 1st sc. 9th rnd: Ch 1, sc in each sc and each ch around, making 3 sc in 10th st of each ch-19 for each corner. Sl st in 1st sc. 10th rnd: Ch 3, dc in each sc around, making 5 dc in center sc of 3-sc group at each corner. EDGING … Sc in each sc around, making 2 dc in the 2 sc on either side of each joining, and 2 sc in the 2 center sts of each corner. Break off.
