This set is most appropriately made of Star Crochet Cord. Use a No. 7 steel crochet hook. De Luxe or Gem Cotton is also lovely.

LARGE DOILY
1st row: Ch 10, j for r, (ch 11, 1 s st in r) 8 times. 2nd row: Sl st to center of 1st loop, (ch 12, 1 s st in center of next loop) 8 times. 3rd row: Repeat 2nd row. 4th row: Sl st to center of loop, (ch 12, 1 s st in next loop) 8 times. 5th row: Ch 3, 12 tr over each ch of last row, j to 1st tr. 6th row: Sl st forward 6 sts, * ch 12, 1 s st between next group of tr of last row, ch 12, 1 s st in center tr of next group of tr of last row. Repeat from * around. 7th row: Sl st to center of loop, * ch 12, 1 s st in center of next loop. Repeat from * around. 8th row: Repeat 7th row twice. 10th row: Repeat 5th row. Repeat 7th row 4 times. 15th row: Repeat 5th row. Repeat 7th row 4 times. Fasten off.

PLATE DOILY
Make the first 3 rows as for large doily, them repeat 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th rows as for large doily.

BREAD AND BUTTER DOILY
Made like plate doily, only with 7 rows.

TUMBLER DOILY
Made like bread and butter doily, only leave off last row.
