All edgings can be Tatted or Crocheted in White, Solid, Shaded or Iridescent colors using American Thread Company "Star" Tatting Cotton or "Star" Six Cord Mercerized Crochet Cotton sizes 60-100. 1  Ball of Tatting Cotton will be sufficient to make any of the following Edgings.

CROCHETED EDGING 1511

Make a ch the desired length and work one row of open meshes.

2nd row—Ch 5, * d c in next d c, 1 d c in mesh, ch 4, sl st in top of d c for picot, 1 d c in same mesh, d c in next d c, ch 2, repeat from * across row. in mesh, ch 4, sl st in top of d c for picot, 1 d c in same mesh, d c in next d c, ch 2, repeat from * across row.

3rd Row—Sl st to center of open mesh, s c in same space, * ch 7, s c in next open mesh, repeat from * across row.
