NECKLACE. With Lt. Blue, working rather tightly, ch about 17 inches or length desired to fit neck and allowing 1½ inches for loop at end, work 1 s c in each ch, ch 1, turn and work 3 more rows of s c, break thread. Attach pink about 2 inches from end, ch 7, skip 1 s c, tr c in next s c, *ch 3, skip 1 s c, tr c in next s c, repeat for * to within one inch of other end having an uneven number of meshes, ch 1, turn.
Next Row—Sl st into loop, ch 3, 2 d c in same space, ch 2, 3 d c in same space, * s c in next loop, 3 d c, ch 2, 3 d c in next loop, repeat from * across row, ch 3, turn.
Next Row—1 d c in each of the next 3 d c, * 3 d c, ch 2, 3 d c in 2 ch loop, 1 d c in each of the next 6 d c repeat from * across row completing a shell at end of row, ch 3, turn.
Next Row—1 d c in each of the next 5 d c, * 3 d c, ch 2, 2 d c in next 2 ch loop, 1 d c in each of the next 12 d c, repeat from * across row completing a shell at end of row, break thread.
Last Row—Attach Blue in same st, turn and work 1 s c in each of the next 9 d c, 3 s c in 2 ch loop, 1 s c in each of the next 10 d c, ch 2, join with a sl st to first s c made, ch 2, complete picot, 1 s c in each of the next 8 d c, 3 s c in 2 ch loop, 1 s c in each of the next 10 d c, ch 2, join to 9th s c from top on left hand side of first leaf made, leaving 2 free s c between joinings, ch 2, complete picot, * 1 s c in each of the next 8 d c, 3 s c in 2 ch loop, 1 s c in each of the next 10 d c, ch 2, join to 9th s c from top of previous leaf made, leaving 2 free s c between joinings, ch 2, complete picot and repeat from * across row having 1 leaf on top and 1 leaf underneath. Turn 1 inch of band under to form loop on one end and sew button to other end.
BRACELET. Work same as necklace starting with a ch about 9 inches long, or to fit arm and leaving about one inch of band to form a loop on one end only. Sew button to other end.
EARRINGS. With Pink Ch 3, 6 s c in 1st ch then work 3 more rows of s c without joining rows, increasing a sufficient number of times to keep work flat.
Attach Blue, ch 2, 2 s d c in same st, * skip 1 s c, sl st in next st, ch 2, 2 s d c in same st and repeat from * all around, break thread.
With Pink pick up each s c under the blue and work rows of s c decreasing as necessary to fit back of earring.
