MATERIALS:
CHADWICK'S RED HEART BABY BUNTING, 4 balls (¾ oz. balls) of White.
Bone Crochet Hook No. 8.
Sequins.

Starting at point (make 1 ch; make a 2nd ch drawing loop out to measure ¾ inch) twice. Turn. 1st row: Sc under 2 top loops of the second ¾-inch ch, make a ¾-inch ch, sc under same ch (an inc). Make a ¾-inch ch. Turn. 2nd row: Sc under 2 top loops of 1st ch, make a ¾-inch ch, sc under same ch (an inc), make a ¾-inch ch, sc under 2 top loops of next ch. Make a ¾-inch ch, turn. 3rd row: Sc under 2 top loops of 1st ch, make a ¾-inch ch, sc under same ch (an inc), * make a inch ch, sc under 2 top loops of next ch. Repeat from * across. Make a ¾-inch ch, turn. Repeat the 3rd row until piece measures 18 inches in all. Ch 1, turn.

NECKBAND ... 1st row: * Sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1 (regular length ch). Repeat from * across, ending with sc in last ch-1 sp. Ch 1, turn. 2nd row: Sc in 1st sc, * sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1. Repeat from * across ending with sc in last ch-1 sp, sc in last sc. Ch 1, turn. Repeat the last 2 rows alternately until Neckband measures 2 inches. Do not ch at end of last row. (Ch 1, skip 1 st, sc in next st) across short edge of Neckband, * ch 1, sc in next sp. Repeat from * to point and from point to Neckband on other side. (Ch 1, skip 1 st, sc in next st) across other short edge of Neckband.

RUFFLE ... 1st row: * Make a ¾-inch ch, sc in next sp, make a ¾-inch ch, sc in next sc. Repeat from * across Neckband. Make a inch ch, turn. 2nd to 5th rows incl: * Sc under 2 top loops of next ch, make a inch loop. Repeat from * across, turn. Do not turn at end of last row.

EDGING ... 1st rnd: * Sc in next sp along edge, make a ¾-inch loop. Repeat from * all around outer edge. 2nd rnd: * Sc under 2 top loops of next ch, make a inch loop, sc under same ch, make a inch loop. Repeat from * around. Join with a sl st. Break off.

TIE (Make 2) ... Using 2 strands, make a chain 16 inches long. Break off.

Sew ties in place. Sew sequins evenly all around edges; sew a sequin at end of each Tie.
