Materials Required:
AMERICAN THREAD "AUNT LYDIA'S"
HEAVY RUG YARN
No. 14 Floral Wire (Heavy)
Thin floral wire Green or Brown floral tape

DELPHINIUMS

1—70 yd. skein each National Blue, Lt. Blue or Medium Blue will make 3 flowers.
3 yds. Yellow for each flower

Work petals same as Lilac but complete as follows: cut a ½ inch length Yellow and place in center of all 8 inch petals; using two 8 inch strands for 3 doz. petals and one 8 inch strand for one doz. petals. Cut four 4 inch strands, fold in half and complete same as petal for top of flower. Assemble same as Lilac graduating size of petals and spacing about ¾ inch apart on stem. Cover stem with Green floral tape.
