If arm pieces are desired, two joined medallions for each arm can be made.

Many other adaptations of this lovely design can be made. Separate medallions can be used for doilies — and the design is effective for a luncheon set, omitting the last two rounds for the glass doilies and adding rounds as desired for the plate doilies.

The medallions are also attractively used as insets in linen for table runners, dresser scarfs, or luncheon sets.
