Starting at back of hat, chain 13" loosely. Work 2 rows in sc back and forth on this chain. Work should measure 12" in length.
Row 3: Ch 2, turn, 1 dc (double crochet) in same st, * skip 1 st, dc in next st, 2 dc in next st. Repeat from * across row ending with 1 dc. (More)
Make a chain 8" long. Work rows back and forth in dc, dec 1 st at the beg and end of every row for 5". Inc 1 st at the beg and end of every row for 4". Make another piece the same way. Sew both pieces together on 3 sides slip in lining and sew around top. Fold in half and sew on snap fasteners and sapphire pearls as pictured. (More)

Ch. 18. Work in pattern st until piece measures 5". Dec 1 st at beg of each row until 10 sts remain. Break brocade, fasten off. Make another piece in the same manner. Finishing: holding 2 pieces together, and starting at point at top where first decrease was made, work 1 row sc around entire case, working through double thickness on both sides and around bottom, and through single thickness around top opening, rounding 2 bottom corners by skipping 1 st as you turn. Scatter pearls on both sides, and either sew them on, or paste them with DuPont Rubber Cement. (More)

Make 2 Pieces: With mc ch 54, and work even in sc for 2". Dec 1 st at beg and end of every row 5 times. Work 1" even. Break off mc, attach cc, and continue to work in sc, increasing 1 st at beg and end of every row 5 times. Work 2" even. Break straw, fasten off.
Finishing: Sew sides and bottom of bag. Turn down cuff. Sew zipper in place, and trim bag in same manner as hat. (More)

Pull lining through and sew at both ends. Sew on snap fasteners at purse end. Sew on earrings at large opening, and sew bottom together if desired. (More)

Drop brocade, pick up ribbon on opposite side and work 1 row of dc across. Break off both ribbon and brocade. Make another piece to correspond. Lacy Stole with Angora Pockets
Rows 1, 2, 3, & 4: K on #9 Needle.
Row 5: using #15 needle *k1, yarn over twice, repeat from * across row.
Row 6: using #9 needle, * slip 1 st as if to purl, drop the 2 yarn overs) 6 times. There are now 6 long stitches on right-hand needle: slip the first 3 long sts over the other 3 long sts put these 6 sts onto left-hand needle then knit them, repeat from * across row. (More)
Fringe: Wind poodle yarn around a 10" cardboard and cut strands at one end (each strand 20" long): tie a 3 strand fringe in each solid stripe of row across. Tie a second row of knots 1" below first row of knots, tying 3 strands of one fringe with 3 strands of the next fringe. Tie third row of knots 1" below 2nd row of knots, tying opposite strands. Tie fringe in same manner at other end of stole. Trim edge of fringe. Block stole to 72". (More)
Fringed Angora Triangular Stole
Stole is worked throughout in garter st (k every row). With mc cast on 3 sts k 1 row even. K next 2 rows, increasing 1 st in first and 1 st in next to last st of each row (4 sts increased in 3 rows). Repeat these 3 rows until there are 243 sts on needle. Bind off loosely. With gold Lame, pick up 124 sts along one side of triangle. K 4 rows even. Pick up sts along other side of triangle, and work in same manner. Sew seam at point. With cc cut 8" strands, and draw 2 strands of 4" fringe through each gold st along both sides. (More)
Back: Cast on 60(64-68) sts. Work even in stockinette st for 7"(7½"-7¾"). At the beg of the next 2 rows bind off 3 sts. Work even until armhole measures 7½”(8"-8¼"). Shoulder: bind off 9(10-10) sts, at the beg of the next 4 rows. Bind off remaining 18(18-22) sts. Left front: cast on 36(38-40) sts. Work even in stockinette st for 7"(7½”-7¾").
