2 Spools FAIRKNIT Straw, Main Color (mc)
1 Spool FAIRKNIT Straw, Contrasting Color (cc)
Steel Crochet Hook #1

Gauge: 6 sc—1"

BELT
With cc make a ch long enough to measure around your waist, allowing 3" additional for closing. Work 1 sc in each ch, inc 1 st in last st, ch 1, turn. Work even in sc to end of row, ch 1, turn. Attach mc, work in sc to end of row, inc 1 st in last st, ch 1, turn. Work back even in sc to end of row, ch 1, turn. Attach cc, work in sc to end of row, dec 1 st in last st, ch 1, turn. Work back even in sc. Break straw, fasten off. Attach mc at straight end of belt, and work 2 rows sc around entire belt, working 3 sc in point each time around.
Finishing: sew 2 snap fasteners in place for closing.
