2nd Row. D c in next d c, 5 d c in next mesh, slip loop off hook, insert into 1st of the 6 d c and draw loop through (this is termed a popcorn st) ch 2, popcorn st in next mesh, ch 2, d c in next d c, ch 2, d c in 3rd st of ch, ch 5, turn.
3rd Row. 2 open meshes, ch 4, sl st in top of last d c for picot, 2 open meshes, ch 5, turn.
4th Row. 1 open mesh, ch 5, skip 2 open meshes, 1 open mesh, ch 5, turn.
5th Row. 1 open mesh, ch 3, s c in center st of ch 5, ch 2, 1 open mesh, ch 5, turn.
6th Row. 1 open mesh, ch 2, skip 2 chs, s c in next ch, d c in s c, 1 s c in next ch, ch 2, 1 open mesh, ch 5, turn.
7th Row. 1 open mesh, ch 3, s c in d c, ch 3, 1 open mesh, ch 5, turn.
8th Row. 1 open mesh, ch 7, sl loop off hook, insert hook into 3rd and last st and draw loop through, this forms a picot turned down, ch 2, 1 open mesh, ch 5, turn.
9th Row. 4 open meshes, ch 5, turn and repeat from the 2nd row for length desired.
