Starch brim and sew to crown at last rnd in front and 2½ inches from last rnd in back.

This hat is also attractive made in Clark's O.N.T. or J. & P. Coats Mercerized Crochet Size 30 in White or color. 6 balls of Clark's O.N.T., or 4 balls of J. & P. Coats are required, and a Milward's steel crochet hook No. 5. Use the thread double throughout the entire hat. Follow the above directions, but be sure to check measurements, rather than the number of rnds, as the Mercerized Crochet thread is finer and more rnds will be needed to make the hat.
