PANEL: Using M C, ch 62 sts. Row 1: 2 d c in 5th ch from hook, ch 1, 2 d c in same ch, * skip 2 ch, 1 s c in next ch, skip 2 ch, 2 d c in next ch, ch 1, 2 d c in same ch (shell made), repeat from * across row (10 shells), ending 1 s c in last ch, ch 3, drop loop from hook and turn. Row 2: Join C C in FRONT LOOP of first M C s c, ch 3, 2 d c in same loop, * 1 s c in FRONT LOOP of next ch 1 in center of next shell, 1 shell in FRONT LOOP of next s c, repeat from *, ending 3 d c in top of turning ch, ch 3, drop loop from hook and do not turn. Row 3: At other end pick up M C loop, 1 s c in top st of C C ch 3, * 1 shell in BACK LOOP at base of next C C s c, 1 s c in BACK LOOP of ch 1 in center of next C C shell, repeat from * across row, ending 1 s c in BACK LOOP of last C C d c, ch 3, drop loop from hook, turn.
