Beading Fringe Pattern

Using 10—16 inch strands work same as double knot fringe.
Next Row: Take each group of fringe and knot about ½ inch from last row of knots.
Next Row: * Take half of one group of fringe and half of next group of fringe, knot together ½ inch from last row of knots, repeat from * across row. Trim fringe evenly.


Triple Knot Fringe Pattern

Triple Knot Fringe Pattern

* Take 10—16 inch strands, double in half, loop through mesh, draw ends through loop tight­ly, skip one mesh, repeat from * across row.
Next Row: * Take half of one group of fringe and half of next group of fringe, knot together ½ inch from preceding row of knots, repeat from * across row. Repeat last row once. Trim fringe evenly.

* Take 5—6 inch strands, double in half, loop through mesh, draw ends through loop tight­ly. Repeat from * across row. Trim fringe evenly.


Novelty Fringe Pattern

Using 10—16 inch strands work same as single knot fringe.
Next Row: * Take half of one group of fringe and half of next group and knot together about ½ inch from last row of knots, take half of same group of fringe and half of next group of fringe and knot about 1 inch from last row of knots, repeat from * across row.
Next Row: Work a row of knots ½ inch from lower row of knots as illustrated. Trim fringe evenly.

Work fringe same as triple knot fringe. * Take 2 groups of fringe and tie with 4 strands of yarn about ½ inch down from last row of knots, repeat from * across row. Trim tassels.


Double Knot Fringe Pattern

* Take 10—12 inch strands, double in half, loop through mesh, draw ends through loop tight­ly, skip one mesh, repeat from * across row.
Next Row: Take half of one group of fringe and half of next group of fringe, knot to­gether ½ inch from 1st row of knots. Trim fringe evenly.

Cut fabric to size (approximately 72" x 20"). Make a small hem on heavy fabric (Tweed, Wool-Flannel). Double light weight materials (Jersey, Silk), edge with either Pompons or Fringes, as suggested in photographs.
