1st row: Ch 62. D c in 8th ch from hook, ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next 7 ch (2 sps and 2 bls made); ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next 4 ch (1 bl); ch 2, skip 2 ch, d c in next ch (1 sp); make 12 more sps. Ch 5, turn. 2nd row: D c in next d c (sp over sp); make 11 more sps, d c in next 2 ch, d c in next 4 d c (2 bls); ch 2, d c in next 4 d c (1 bl); ch 2, skip 2 d c, d c in next d c; make 1 more sp, ch 2, d c in 3rd st of turning ch. Ch 5, turn. 3rd row: 3 sps, 2 bls, 1 sp, 2 bls, 11 sps. Ch 5, turn. Starting at 4th row, follow chart to top. Then repeat entire design for desired length.
Now work along one long edge as follows: 1st row: 3 s c in each sp across; turn. 2nd row: * Ch 8, skip 5 s c, s c in next 2 s c. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, turn. 3rd row: * 5 s c in next loop, ch 5, s c in 5th ch from hook (p); 5 s c in same loop. Repeat from * across. Fasten off.
