Use double thread throughout.
Starting at center with Blue, ch 2. 1st rnd: 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 2nd rnd: 2 sc in each sc around (8 sc increased). 3rd to 8th rnds incl: Sc in each sc around, increasing 8 sc evenly (64 sc on 8th rnd). Break off Blue. 9th rnd: Attach White, 3 sc in first sc, * sc in next 15 sc, 3 sc in next sc. Repeat from * around. 10th rnd: Sc in next sc, * 3 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, insert hook in next sc and draw loop through, drop White and draw through a loop of Blue, thus changing color. Always change color in this manner. Working over unused color in order to conceal it, with Blue make sc in next 13 sc, with White make sc in each sc to within center sc of next 3-sc group. Repeat from * around. 11th to 16th rnds incl: * With White, sc in each sc to within center sc of next 3-sc group, sc in each White sc and in next Blue sc, with Blue, sc across to within last Blue sc of section. Repeat from * around. On 16th rnd, 1 Blue sc remains in each section. Break off Blue. 17th and 18th rnds: Sc in each sc around, making 3 sc in center sc of each sc group. At end of 18th rnd, sl st in next sc and break off. 19th rnd: Repeat 18th rnd, using Blue. Sc closely around ring. Sew on bone ring at corner.
