Materials Required:
AMERICAN THREAD
"AUNT LYDIA'S" HEAVY RUG YARN
1 – 70 yd. skein each White and Red will make 10 bells
1 pkg. glitter
Glue
Aluminum Crochet Hook Size H OR ANY SIZE HOOK WHICH WILL RESULT IN STITCH GAUGE BELOW

GAUGE: 7 s c = 2 inches

With main color ch 2, 8 s c in 1st st of ch, do not join or turn this or following rounds. Place a marker at beg of each round. 2nd ROUND: 2 s c in each s c. NEXT 5 ROUNDS: 1 s c in each s c. 8th ROUND: S c in next s c, 2 s c in next s c, repeat from beg all around. 9th ROUND: 2 s c in next s c, 1 s c in each of next 2 s c, repeat from beg all around ending last repeat with sl st to even round, cut yarn. 10th ROUND: Attach contrasting color, working in front loop of sts only sl st in each st, cut yarn.

TRIM: Apply glue to edges and top of bell and sprinkle with glitter as illustrated. Cut a 12 inch length of rug yarn for hanger. Fold in half. With a crochet hook or large needle draw ends down through top of bell. Knot on wrong side.
