MATERIALS:
J. & P. Coats or Clark's O.N.T. Pearl Cotton, Size 5: 2 balls of No. 37 Dk. Lavender and 1 ball of No. 1 White, or
J. & P. Coats "Knit-Cro-Sheen": 1 ball each of No. 18 Shaded Lavenders and No. 1 White.
Milwards Steel Crochet Hook No. 7.
10 bone rings, ½ inch in diameter. 4 bone rings, ¾ inch in diameter. 10 yellow buttons, ¾ inch in diameter. ¼ yard of yellow organdy, 36 inches wide.

FLOWER ... Attach Dk. Lavender to ½ inch bone ring. 1st rnd: 24 sc in ring. Join with sl st to first sc. 2nd rnd: Sc in each sc around. Join. 3rd rnd: * Ch 7, dc in 4th ch from hook, half dc in next ch, sc in next ch, sl st in next ch, sl st in same sc on center as last sl st was made, sl st in next 2 sc. Repeat from * around. Join and break off. Make 2 more Dk. Lavender and 2 White flowers the same way.
Cut a piece of organdy 9 x 18 inches. Fold lengthwise 3 times and sew along long side. Tuck ends to measure 1 inch. Sew a ¾ inch bone ring to each end. Sew flowers along one end, alternating colors. Sew a yel­low button to center of each flower. Make another tie back the same way.
