Beginning at neck edge, ch 211 (to measure about 17 inches), turn. 1st row: D c in 4th ch from hook, d c in each ch across (209 d c, counting turning ch as 1 d c). Ch 4, turn. 2nd row: * D c in next d c, ch 1, repeat from * across (209 d c, counting turning ch-4 as 1 d c). Ch 4, turn. 3rd, 4th and 5th rows: Same as 2nd row. 6th row: * D c in next d c, ch 2, repeat from * across. Ch 5, turn. 7th, 8th and 9th rows: Same as 6th row. 10th row: * D c in next d c, ch 3, repeat from * across. Ch 6, turn. 11th and 12th rows: Same as 10th row. 13th row: D c in next d c, ch 3, d c in next d c (2 sps made), 3 d c in sp, d c in next d c, 3 d c in sp, d c in next d c (2 bls made), * then make 2 sps, 1 bl, 2 sps, 2 bls, 4 sps, 2 bls, repeat from * across, ending row with 2 sps.
