Sew back seam of skirt, leaving a 3" vent at top. Sew sleeve seams. Sew in sleeves, easing extra fullness in across top 3" of shoulder. Work 2 rows of dc around bottom of sleeve, holding sleeve edge in to fit. Press through damp cloth with hot iron. Run velvet ribbon through headings and adjust to proper measurements. Tie bows as in illustration. Sew on buttons. Sew a snap fastener at top of back opening. |
