Continue along edge and join with sl st to 3rd ch of ch-5 first made. Break off. 3rd row: Attach colored thread in d c, ch 3 (to count as d c), * 2 d c in sp, d c in next d c, ch 2, ** skip 1 sp, d c in next d c. Repeat from * along row. In corner make d c in d c, 5 d c in sp, d c in next d c, ch 2, repeat from ** once, and continue pattern from * along edge and join with sl st to 3rd ch of ch-3 first made. Break off. 4th row: Attach white thread to 1st d c of bl, ch 5, * d c in last d c of bl, ch 2, skip 1 sp, d c in 1st d c of bl, ch 2, and repeat from * to end of row.
