¾-yd. double face Pale Pink ribbon ⅜ inch wide.
2 pearl buttons.
Cotton for stuffing.

Use double yarn throughout.
Gauge: 6 sc make 1 inch.

BODY—Starting at neck, ch 30. Join ends. 1st rnd: 2 sc in first ch, 2 in second, 12 sc, 2 sc in next 3 ch, 11 sc, 2 sc in last ch. 2nd rnd: 2 sc in 1 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 14 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 1 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 14 sc. 3rd: 2 sc in 1 sc, 16 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 2 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 15 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc. 4th: 1 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 16 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 4 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 15 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 1 sc. 5th: 2 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 15 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 6 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 16 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 1 sc. 6th: 3 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 15 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 15 sc, 7 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 4 sc. 7th: 3 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 14 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 9 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 14 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 6 sc. 8th: 2 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 17 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 9 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 18 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 5 sc. Starting from crotch; 1st rnd. sc. 2nd rnd: 11 hdc, 6 sc, 2 sc inc. 1 sc, 6 sc, 11 hdc. 3rd: 11 hdc, 7 sc, 2 sc in 1 sc, 7 sc, 11 hdc. 4th: Repeat. Sc for 1¾ inches. For 4 rnds. dec. 1 on outside and 1 on inside of leg. Break thread. Join on white. Foot—Starting from inside; 1st rnd: sc. 2nd: Inc. 2 sc center front. 3rd: Inc. 3 center front. 4th: Inc. 2 each side of center 1. 5th: Inc. 2 each side of center 3. 6 & 7: Sc. 8: Dec. 1 center front, center back and half way on each side. 9th: Dec. every 5 sc all around till there are 14 rows from start of white. Make second leg.

HEAD—Starting from front. Ch 3. 1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 2nd to 16 rnds. incl. Inc. 4 sc evenly on each rnd. Work without increasing till pieces measures 3½ inches. Dec. 6 sc evenly on each of next 6 rnds. Stuff firmly. Dec. in this same manner till opening is closed.

ARM—Ch 25, join, sc 3¾ inches of Blue. Break thread. Join White. 2 rnds sc, dec. 1 outside and 1 inside every rnd for 5 rnds. Break thread. Over-cast edges and stuff.

EARS—Ch 25, 1st row: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, and in each ch across, 4 sc in last ch: working along opposite side of starting chain, make sc in each ch across. Turn. 2nd: Repeat. Inc. 8 at top of ear. Turn. 3rd: 6 sc, 14 hdc, 3 sc, inc. 6 at rounded end, sc 3, 14 hdc, 6 sc, turn. 4th: 6 sc, 16 hdc, 3 sc, inc. 2, 4 sc, inc. 2, 3 sc, 17 hdc, 7 sc, turn. 5th: 7 sc, 17 hdc, 3 sc, inc. 3, 7 sc, inc. 3, 2 sc, 17 hdc, 7 sc. Pink lining is same through 3.

Sew pink ear onto white so straight bottom edges are flush and there is a small rim of white all around other edges. Fold bottom corners back onto ears ¼ inch and sew this way for 1 inch. Sew ears flat onto head so bottom edge is about ½ inch above closing row in back of head and ears are ¼ inch apart—turning out. Sew ears flat for 1 inch above lower edge. Make a round dot of pink yarn ¼ inch across and ⅜ inch below tiny circle of a nose which started the head. Make eye lashes of brown yarn in buttonhole stitch. Curve top line. Place inside corners 1 inch apart and ½ inch above tiny nose. Add bow and buttons.

TAIL—Make pom-pom of white for tail. Wind a good deal of yarn over a card­board square 3 inches across. Fasten securely in middle and break cardboard away. Cut loops and trim into a smooth even ball. Sew on back of bunny.
